Process Execution Specialist - CVP

This role will have specific responsibilities around delivering, monitoring, and improving the data quality,
efficiency of nominated processes covering Equipment management systems, Vessel Scheduling, Cost
vendor platform. This includes ticket management tasks and data related functions (data entry,
reconciliation, analytics & reporting) and deliver high service standard to internal stakeholders.

Performs the day-to-day execution of tasks assigned to the Process Teams that includes one or more of
the following (but not limited to):

o Clearing of EDI/GATE errors in EMS and following up with respective agents to ensure
container tracking moves are always up to dated.
o Create lease contracts, release orders involving container exchanges with external parties.
o Follow up with Regional Logistics Managers/agents to ensure any missing info in container
activities is updated as per SOP/IOP.

o Create voyage plans and schedules of 3 rd party vessels in Vessel Scheduling Systems (VSS).
o Update schedules (arrival and departure details) of 3 rd party vessels and support for owned
vessels schedule updates.
o Create voyage plan gate mapping in VSS with system.
o Create routing, short term feeder schedules.
o Create call confirmations in VSS

o Support in finalizing discharge and load activities on Operated vessels and systems
updated within agreed SLA.
o Generate Container Activity Reports (CAR).
o Compare ordered services per vessel/Voyage, container vs activities performed by Terminal, Depots.
o Verify Feeder and Haulage activities against booking and Work orders to ensure correct cost
calculation.
o Discuss discrepancies with Vendors and conclude the activity quantity, and payment value to ensure we
do not pay any unjustified cost.
o Support the implementation of CVP Modules across the teams.

o Understand the Process, test the functionality, and highlight errors to the respective functional head
and Business process owner.
o Conduct the training with local agents, Stevedores, 3rd party agents.
o Track the implementation status and process compliance.
o Work with the Finance team to analyze the issues raised during invoice registration and identify
improvement opportunities in the upstream Activity registration process.

Feeder Contract Management: -
o Perform Contract management and proactive updates of rates for smooth cost activity report
generation.

Support Country Logistics: -
o Execution & handling of Export & Import Shipment related tasks for assigned ports.
o Support country team in preparing discharge and load list for Operated vessels for
assigned ports.

Reporting and Analytics: -
o Ensure timely delivery of accurate reports by validating data and implementing sanity checks.
o Deliver ad hoc requests related to currently handled reports.
o Actively engage in discussions with stakeholders, research for available information,
proactively seek best sources, and reach out to appropriate desks to understand the purpose
of the report and align expectations.
o Proactively look for efficiencies in new and existing reports and processes.
o Support Ticket Handling/Management (Email, Phone, Live/Webchat)
o Responsible for adhering to process SOPs and SLAs as defined.

Qualifications
Degree holder, previous experience will be an advantage

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, data reporting/analytics
