JD:
- Developing and implementing efficient and effective operational processes for the division.
- Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement, streamlining, and automation.
- Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders within the bank to ensure smooth and efficient coordination of processes.
- Communicating process changes, updates, and improvements to all relevant stakeholders.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to ensure that all employees understand and follow the division's operational processes.
- Monitoring and evaluating process performance to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
- Preparing reports and metrics to track process performance and communicate results to senior management
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, along with relevant years of experience in banking operations or process management.
- Strong communication, analytical, go-getter attitude and ability to interact with internal stakeholders
- Additionally, candidates should have a good understanding of existing banking processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Post Graduate with 5 to 6yrs experience
