Job Summary
The Process Excellence Analyst Lead plays a crucial role in driving process excellence across the organization. This Lead is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that streamline operations, boost efficiency, and contribute directly to the company's bottom line. The Process Excellence Lead works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze performance, and design and implement effective improvement solutions. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong analytical skills, and a passion for problem-solving.
Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Process Optimization - Actively participate in cross-departmental meetings to gain in-depth insights into processes and capture operational details. Identify key areas for improvement, prioritizing them based on potential impact and utilizing lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Conduct thorough process mapping and analysis to pinpoint bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for optimization. Design and implement effective improvement solutions, ensuring measurable results and return on investment (ROI).
- Communication and Collaboration - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gain buy-in and support for process improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and improvement initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging proactive identification and resolution of process inefficiencies.
- Data Analysis and Coordination - Analyze data collected through various channels, including meetings, process documentation, and performance metrics. Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to obtain necessary data for analysis. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for process improvement.
- Performance Management - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements. Monitor and analyze process performance data, identifying areas for further optimization. Report progress and results to the manager, stakeholders, and sponsors, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Hybrid role, work in corporate office as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field of study.
- 8 years experience with at least 4 years of experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field of study.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
