Understand the end-to-end process of acquiring and authoring master data to curate valuable content that powers Norstella s industry-leading products.
Act as a subject matter expert on the workflow process, providing guidance and support to teams to ensure adherence to standard processes and best practices. Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines, keeping the documentation accurate and up to date.
Analyze the end-to-end workflow process and identify issues, pain points, and inefficiencies affecting operational performance.
Conduct detailed forensic analysis to investigate the root causes of operational issues arising from the technical implementation, such as missing sources, incorrect task assignments, and other process breakdowns.
Study and discover process deficiencies and provide recommendations for workflow redesign, automation, tooling, and technology enhancements to streamline the workflow process. Deliver agreed implementation plans at pace to support data operations transformation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science/engineering, content, change management teams, to develop, test and implement process fixes, and process improvements based on the findings from the analysis.
Monitor and track process performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements. Monitor to make sure the defects fixed do not reappear and process improvements made do not break or impact other parts of the workflow.
Report issues and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at a regular cadence.
