The Role
As a Process Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- Carry out Process design activities such as Basic engineering packages, residual basic engineering activities, detailed engineering.
- Should have hands on experience in preparation / updation of process Piping and Instrument diagram, data sheets, Safety Instrument Specifications (IPDS), Line List (LL), Special Material Specifications(SM List) etc.
- He should have executed project as Lead Engineer and responsible for the proper and timely execution.
- He is also responsible for ensuring that the Dept./Disciplines quality management system is followed taking into account any special contractual requirements.
- Must have hand on experience of Hydraulic calculation, Network analysis.
- Knowledge on unit operations like, distillation, filtration, heat transfer etc. Design of heat exchangers, pumps specifications, hydraulics calculations.
- Knowledge on utilities system such as cooling water system, Boilers, Compressed Air and Instrument Air system, Nitrogen system etc.
- Knowledge on tankages.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Chemical Engineering degree is a must.
- Minimum 2 -3 year in Process Department of a consultancy organisation or technical services department of a Refinery / Petrochemical / Fertiliser / Chemical plant.
- Minimum 2 year in Process Department of a consultancy organization.
