Job Title: Process Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the trial production introduction of new products, manage automation processes, improve production efficiency, and resolve production line abnormalities. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality production standards, cost-effective operations, and continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
New Product Introduction and Production Improvement:
- Lead the trial production of new products.
- Summarize trial production issues and promote closed-loop improvements.
- Manage automation introduction, equipment verification, daily inspection, and maintenance.
- Control and improve downtime (DT).
Production Quality and Efficiency Enhancement:
- Lead initiatives to improve through-pass rate and reduce material damage.
- Address production abnormalities by formulating and implementing improvement measures.
- Follow up to ensure the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
- Drive efficiency improvements, on-site improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement activities.
Project Management:
- Oversee the management, subscription, issuance, and control of low-value and consumable projects.
Production Line Abnormalities:
- Take the lead in resolving production line abnormalities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, automation, and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project completion.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
