Process Engineer

Looking for Process Engineer who would be responsible in documenting and overseeing

specific function within the business product.

Responsibilities

1. Should have relevant experience in Retail Banking Domain, MSME Loans, Gold

Loans and Microfinance Loan products.

2. Articulate Standard Operating procedures and process design diagrams basis

discussion with various stakeholders and in line with the compliance and regulation

3. Excellent writing abilities are required to draft Process Documents, gap analysis

documents, and user manual and training documents

4. Experience is BPMN, process modelling

5. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of the process of writing SOPs

(Process discovery and analysis, process design and modelling, process

implementation and optimization). The process written should be compliant with

regulations, operational and aspects of monitoring and gaps should be taken into

considerations

6. Stake holder management is a key area where he/she would need exceptional

interpersonal skills in managing various tasks and people at the same time

7. Must be quick learner and should be able to come up deliverable in the shortest TAT

Qualifications

1. Successful candidate should be an MBA graduate from reputed institution with min

experience and industry knowledge of min 5 years.

2. Very good with documentation skills

3. Ability to use design tools like MS VISIO

1. Candidate should be willing to work from Client location (Hyderabad)

2. The client works on 1st and 3rd Saturdays
