Position summary: Coating process expert responsible for design, commissioning and troubleshooting of integrated coating lines in the glass industry .
Responsibilities:
Design, verification, and commissioning of coating lines for glass
Identification and validation of equipment / instrument supplier
Hands-on involvement in integration and commissioning of industrial lines
Manage relationships with supplier, Saint-Gobain businesses and operations
Communicate to and manage stakeholders on the progress of projects.
Qualifications:
M.Tech. Chemical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience
Specific skills / Personal attributes
o Safety mindset with good awareness of chemical and mechanical hygiene
o Core background in industrial processes and line design
o Some familiarity with coating systems
o Good communication skills
o Strong team player
o Ability to connect with the partners in operations, quality, R&D and business
