process Engineer for Oil and gas industry

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer with 6-15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and will be responsible for designing and implementing processes for oil and gas production, refining, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes for oil and gas production, refining, and distribution
• Develop and maintain process simulations and models
• Evaluate and optimize existing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve process-related issues
• Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Lead process improvement initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 6-15 years of experience in process engineering in the Oil and Gas industry
• Strong knowledge of process simulation software (e.g. Aspen, HYSYS)
• Experience with process design, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Project management experience
