process engineer .
Walk-in-drive in Chennai location.
HYSYS tool mandatory
- Shall utilize the engineering skills and knowledge to meet business goals and objectives, and drive the continuous improvement activities.
- Shall participate in development of department procedures, standards, training manuals and work instructions.
- Shall review Quality System Procedures / Engineering Department Procedures on a regular basis and update, whenever required.
- Ensure the application of the relevant industry codes and standards.
- Shall prepare and/check in process calculations such as:
- Heat and material balance
- Pressure drop calculations
- Steady state simulations using HYSYS for
- Gas conditioning units
ii. Well and well gathering Stations
iii. Crude separation
iv. Glycol Regeneration units
- Pumps and gas compressors
vi. Hydraulic calculations using software for Pumps, pipelines and gas lines
vii. Pipelines and gas lines
- Shall design the equipment & sizing such as pumps , separator ,control and choke valves, vessels, heat exchanges, column etc.
- Relief valve sizing and selection, and its inlet & outlet lines.
