Job Summary:
We are seeking a Process Coordinator with over 2 years+ ofexperience to manage and streamline business and sales operations at Servokon Systems Ltd. The role requires coordinating workflows, facilitating communication between departments, and supporting process and sales improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day business and sales processes.
Ensure smooth and timely communication between teams, especially sales and operations.
Identify opportunities for operational and sales process improvements.
Maintain process documentation, reports, and sales support materials.
Assist in resolving operational and sales-related issues.
Provide sales coordination and support for sales initiatives and management tasks.
Support management in new projects and process improvement initiatives.
Key Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in process coordination or a similar role, including sales coordination and support.
