Key Responsibilities:

  • Attendance Management: Monitor, track, and update employee attendance records in a timely manner, ensuring accurate documentation of absences, leaves, and attendance patterns.
  • Data Management: Organize and manage large sets of data, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible for internal teams.
  • Excel & Google Sheets: Use advanced functions and formulas in Excel and Google Sheets to analyze data, generate reports, and support team projects. Ability to create dashboards and automate workflows is a plus.
  • Process Optimization: Support the team in improving operational efficiency by identifying areas for process improvements and implementing solutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on attendance, process performance, and any key metrics related to data management.
  • Communication & Coordination: Work closely with HR, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of daily tasks and address any attendance-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of attendance tracking and data management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and interpret large sets of data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with process automation tools or data visualization tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
