Role Overview:

We are looking for a Process Coordinator / Case Officer / Legal Associate to join our Ernakulam office full-time. The ideal candidate will assist in managing various Australian immigration processes and ensure smooth service delivery for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end process of Australian Permanent Resident Visa subclass applications, from skills assessment to visa grant.
• Stay informed about immigration rules, policies, and procedures.
• Respond to client inquiries via email and phone promptly.
• Guide clients in preparing and submitting the required documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience:
• Prior experience in Australian immigration or legal services is highly desirable.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in Australia Migration processes will be given preference.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
