Process controller Manager - (Automotive Industry)
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual as the Process controller Manager (Manufacturing/Automotive Industry )This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations at managing operational calendars, coordinating analysing data, preparing /executing business presentations, and follow up on MOM. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- To assist CEO, strategic support on key business issues
- coordinate with CFT and take initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time and within budget
- Conduct research and analysis to lead strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across HOD, ensuring that information is shared effectively and decisions are made efficiently
- Prepare reports and presentations for the CEO, summarizing key data and insights in a clear and concise manner; Develop communications for the Board, Company and external meetings
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other HOD , ensuring that priorities are aligned and goals are met
- Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO

- Financial management: Achievement of financial targets, cost savings, and successful management of the CEO's financial priorities
- Data Analytics: - Collect, analyse, and interpret data relevant to the CEO's projects and initiatives. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on data analysis to aid decision-making processes.
- Presentation Development: - Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to develop high-quality presentations for internal and external audiences. presentation materials are accurate, concise, and aligned with the organization's branding guidelines.
- Minutes of Meeting: - Attend meetings with the CEO and key stakeholders, capturing accurate minutes and action items. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up communications as necessary. Maintain a repository of meeting minutes and ensure timely dissemination to relevant parties.
Qualifications:
- B Tech (Any Engg Branch) & MBA in Finance or Operation from Good Institution (Desirable)
- Proven experience in a similar role, (Minimum 05 to 07 Years) preferably supporting C-suite executives of Manufacturing /Automotive /Mechanical Industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint/Power BI) & practical Exposure of SAP S4 HANA (ERP tools)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in process control or operations is a plus.
