The Process & Control Entry Analyst supports Sell-Out Data Process by uploading, processing, and posting Sell-Out Data reports provided by distributors.

What You Will Do
- Upload, process and post Sell-Out Data into the SAP system monthly
- Process all necessary administration and documentation while consistently delivering timely high-quality results that meet or exceed service levels
- Demonstrate urgency to resolve issues, escalate them when needed
- Solve ad-hoc issues and escalate work order discrepancies
- Demonstrate understanding of importance and follow Sell-Out Data Team controls
- Provide Sell-Out Data related support to other departments of Ecolab
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience with analysis and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree completed in finance, accounting, business or a related area or equivalent professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
- Knowledge of SAP with clear understanding of financial processes
- Strong command of English in speaking and writing
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic command of other European language (French, German, Italian, Dutch) is an asset
- Knowledge of Ecolab's policies & procedures related to area of responsibility
- Basic knowledge of Ecolab's products and services
