Conducts/facilitates training on high-end (difficult/complex) topics.
Acts as consultant for respective service lines.
Performs analysis to understand client transactions in order to create process improvements.
Reviews and standardizes content as well as tailors material for specific situation.
Required Skills for this role include:
At least 1 year of experience in a role that required attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work product.
At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office related environment (i.e. office support, administrative, clerical, customer service) that required you to communicate (oral/written) effectively in a professional/office setting
An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED.
Experienced in Training & Should have handled 20+ associates in a batch
Experience in Macros, Micros, Conducting session.
PPT & Excel.
Salesforce experience is an optional
Processing experience for insurance product training.
