Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Process Auditor at Aimlay Pvt Ltd ( Recruitment ) located in Rohini. As a Process Auditor, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating business processes, identifying risks, and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and develop audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and process evaluations
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are preferred
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus.
