Job Summary:

Sunknowledge Services Inc. is excited to hire a **Process Associate / Management Trainee** to join our US Medical Billing voice process team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to gain valuable experience in the healthcare sector. As a key member of our team, you will help support US healthcare providers by handling important documentation and empanelment tasks, ensuring the smooth and timely processing of critical information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist US healthcare providers with documentation and empanelment tasks.

- Perform follow-up communication via phone and email to ensure timely completion of processes.

- Stay well-informed on US healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

- Utilize problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

- Adapt to flexible shift timings to meet the teams operational needs.

- Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Preferably a graduate degree.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Open to freshers and individuals who are ready to join immediately.

- Willingness to work night shifts in alignment with the US healthcare business hours.
