Role & responsibilities:

1) Manage Inbound Calls

2) Provide Customer Care Support

3) Respond to customer inquiries regarding travel, including airlines and hotels.

4) Prior experience in international calling is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

1) Undergraduate with 6 months of experience in customer service.

2) Graduate fresher only.
