• Proven ability to work on transactional processes related to HR & Payroll.
• nSupport US HR & Payroll teams with various benefits and reporting support.
• nExperienced in supporting semi voice projects related to HR and Payroll for he North American Region.
• nAbility to work on multiple HR & Payroll processes.
• nCreate process documents and monitor SLA's for supporting projects.
• nMaintain and improve key performance measures.
• nProactively manage customer issues related to the support requirement.

nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• nTotal experience of 0-4 years.
• nShould have experience in managing HR or Payroll processes for US. Having work experience in Lawson will be an added advantage.
• nShould have experience in managing project with semi voice support.
• nShould have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
• nShould have passion to continuously learn and grow.
• nBasic knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• nGood written and verbal communication.
