What shall be your job responsibilities
Research industry and market dynamics to bring in the best industry practices
Conduct modeling and financial analysis
Participate in writing financial reports, hence you need to have an eye for detail and be data oriented
Monitor and manage the performance of portfolio companies
Assist in financial planning efforts helping you gain insights on the larger picture around finances and
its planning
Provide best available resolutions to customer pertaining to their credit/ debit card and upselling on
latest schemes available in credit card domain
Take full responsibility and ownership for end-to-end case resolution with focus on the First Contact
Resolution and Customer Satisfaction
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets on Quality and Performance
Motivate oneself and be up to date with knowledge of our Products, Pricing, Promotions and
Procedures
Ensure adherence to data privacy of customer information
Adhere to documented processes and procedures, whilst taking customer satisfaction into account
Communicate issues identified to immediate supervisors available on the floor to minimize operational
failures
Must Have's for this role -
Graduate /Diploma/Post Graduate - In any Discipline (Commerce & Business background preferred)
Ability to skillfully handle difficult situations and concerns for customers on calls
Quick decision making and proactive skills would be an edge
Flexible to handle calls for domestic clients; hence should be able to change between Hindi/English
language
Consent to work in a 24*7 rotational shift working environment
Confident, flexible with the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
Strong convincing skills would be edge for this role
Showing integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and
delivering on the promise
