Process Associate - Content Protection

We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Content Protection
In this role, you will be responsible for protecting intellectual property rights and supporting related security practices for those who create music content for audiences around the world.
Responsibilities
. Taking down of copyrighted content (Audio ,Images, videos) reposted by users without the consent of the original creators
. Review & deleting duplicate content from the different social media platforms
. Investigate & create reports on accounts tagged for using copyrighted content
. Understand policies carefully and take appropriate decisions
. Identify gaps in the existing policies and generate insights to improve the quality
. Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues
. Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
. Accountable for performance standards (Efficiency, Quality)

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
. Graduate (Any Discipline)
. Have an Inclination towards global music
. Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekends)
. Basic PC skills (Internet navigation, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
. Comfortable with dealing with routine work quickly and at a high standard

Preferred qualifications
. Previous experience in content protection, copyright infringement, investigations is preferred.
. Tech Savvy
. Aware of various social networking and music/video platforms
. Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
