Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate at one of our client company, which is a global provider of high quality BPO services in the Health Care Industry. The Process Associate will be responsible for tasks related to business process outsourcing, customer service, communication, and utilizing analytical skills to support various functions within the organization. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers.

*Work from office Job

*Night shift (US Calling)

* Inbound Calling for medical billing

* No Sales or target Job

* Free Cab drop Facility Available (1800 as monthly reimbursement if cab facilities are not opted)

* PF & ESI available

*Quarterly, Half Yearly & Annual Bonus available

* Meals at Subsidised rates

Requirements:-

Excellent English communication spoken and written

Should be comfortable working in night shift

Qualification-

Minimum 12 passed out

Fresh graduates and experienced professional are also welcome.

Job Location:-Kolkata (Salt Lake sector-5)

**5 Days a week (Saturday and Sunday) Fixed off**

**No sales pressure or Targets**
