Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Retail Banking!
We are looking for candidates who would be required to process customer requests as per the set procedures within defined timelines and with high accuracy standards.
Responsibilities
Process request as per the application, referring to standard operating procedures
oUpdating Customer Demographics in Bank System
oPolicy Set up and document generation
oMortgage Tax payment
oSearching customer contact information
oReconciliation of internal bank General Ledger Accounts
oPosting Check details into the bank system
Coordinating with Bank Vendors to gather information and respond back to customer enquiries

Communication: Proficient in Reading, Writing and Speaking skills (English)
High level attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrate delivery of high-quality output

Knowledge of banking terminology (preferred)
