Reporting to the Manager, associates responsible for contacting insurance companies/clearinghouses in obtaining the required information.

What You Will Be Doing
- Will be responsible for reviewing any new or existing New Payer Requests.
- Using the payer and transaction type information present on the request will need to utilize internal and external sources to gather additional information that will aide in determining the best way to setup the payer.
- Will be required to do initial production monitoring once the payer is setup to ensure traffic is moving as expected and close the request once it is determined that the connection is working as expected.
- Navigate and clearly document their findings
- Research ANSI data to troubleshoot any looping or errors using internal tools
Requirements
- Should have 2 to 3 years of Experience in US Healthcare preferably on payer side Possess strong knowledge of US Healthcare (Payers, Clearing houses, and transactions)
- Base level understanding of Transaction Types 837, 270, etc
- Experience in voice process would be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills (verbal/written)
- Good Analytical & comprehension skills.
- Good computer knowledge (typing & keyboard skills) Willing to work in night shift
- Graduate / Undergraduate with good academic record
