We have an opening for a DEDICATED ASSISTANT (DA).
Shift timings - Night Shift (Starts from evening 7 PM onwards)
Location - SG Highway, Ahmedabad
Salary - Upto 3.5 LPA
Experience - Fresher - 4 Years of experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing their requests and ensuring their completion.
- Perform outbound calling tasks to connect with customers and fulfill their requirements.
- Retain customers by building strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with relevant team members, such as Research Assistants (RAs), to assign and track tasks.
- Ensure tasks are executed within specified deadlines, meeting quality standards.
- Take feedback from Quality Control (QC) or Team Leaders (TL) to address any errors in tasks.
- Analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) and booked hours.
- Approach satisfied customers for testimonials and referrals.
