Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Process Associate at Alfa Infotech in Hubli. As a Process Associate, your daily tasks will involve utilizing analytical skills, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, and managing business process outsourcing (BPO) activities. You will also work closely with operations team to support process improvement and optimization.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and attention to detail
- Customer Service and problem-solving skills
- Effective Communication, both verbal and written
- Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the IT or BPO industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Willing to work at night shifts
