Specifically, the Process Analyst will:

Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Have worked on ITSM Ticketing Tool (ServiceNow/Jira/BMC/Autotask)

Have 2- 4 years of working experience.

Be flexible to work in a 24x7 work environment.

Have good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

Have Knowledge of the ITIL Framework

Have Knowledge of Cloud Computing (Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 Certification shall be an add-on)

Have ITSM Process Knowledge of Handling Incidents, Problem Tickets, & Change Requests.

Work on timely follow-ups, co-ordination, and MIS/Reporting

Have high-level problem-solving skills.

Have strong customer focus & multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

BSc IT/BTech/MCA/MSc IT

MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

MIS Reporting,

ITIL Foundation Certified

AZ 900 Certified is preferred.
