What You'll Do
Manage the transfer of International Carrier Voice deal data into the Telarix Contract Simulator module, produce Deal Summaries and complete Deal True-ups, ensuring best in class data integrity through sustainable and repeatable processes.
Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience
- Experience dealing with large complex data sets.
- Knowledge of International Wholesale Voice business processes / traffic flows and associated terminology
- Highest level of expertise using advanced Excel functionality
- Strong knowledge of Telarix routing, contract and reporting modules
- Experience in driving improvements to complex process flows
Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
- Transfer International Carrier Voice deal data into the Telarix Contract Simulator (CS) template accurately to prepare it for upload into Telarix or create a User Interface (UI) change sheet to identify data changes in an existing deal
- Produce Deal Summaries based on the deal data provided
- Identify and trouble shoot issues with CS downloads, uploads and template, and if needed, open tickets with Telarix for resolution
- Complete Deal True-Ups mid-term and once deals have ended to determine actual deal performance
- Based on understanding of system, provide inputs for operating model improvement
- Perform acceptance testing on behalf of commercial team if required.
- Report to line manager regularly for progress updates and issues, if are any
- Support Market Managers and Billing Operations Managers in trouble-shooting and issue resolution activities

- Completion of accurate Contract Simulators within agreed timeframes
- Completion of accurate Deal Summaries within agreed timeframes
- Completion of accurate deal True-Ups mid-term and once deals are finished within agreed timeframes
