As the Probiotics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our probiotics department, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support. You will work closely with our research and development team to identify new probiotic strains and formulations, and you will collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to promote our probiotics products to customers and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the probiotics department, including product development, marketing, and sales strategies
- Collaborate with the research and development team to identify and develop new probiotic strains and formulations
- Work with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns to promote our probiotics products to customers and healthcare professionals
- Partner with the sales team to drive sales of probiotics products and develop strong relationships with key accounts
- Manage customer support for probiotics products, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our probiotics products remain competitive and meet the needs of our target market
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as biology, nutrition, or marketing
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the probiotics or dietary supplements industry
- Strong knowledge of probiotics, including their benefits and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
