PROBATIONARY OFFICERS

1. Canvasing and sourcing of new customers to increase gold loan business
2. Revenue generations throught cross selling products & Interest Collection
3. Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
4. Customer relationship and Follow-up, maintenance of important registers and daily reports,
5. Cash management and accounting
6. Direct Marketing of cross selling products at branches for insurance/mutual fund/Personal loan/Home Loan and other allied products. Required Qualification:

1. MBA/MCOM from Reputed College with MBA in Marketing and Finance(passed out 2018/2019)
2. Good communication skill
3. Understanding of local language, fluency of english will be added advantage
4. Good Analytical skills
5. Ability to probe customer business model
6. Good interpersonal skills: Should effectively manage the peers and customers
7. The job is transferable hence male candidates are preferred
