Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics contributing to the overall branch performance and sales revenue.
Comply with all regulatory and Bank standards and practices.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.
Act swiftly on leads and maintain proactive follow-ups to maximize conversion rate.
Deliver top-tier after-sales service to maintain customer loyalty.
Engage in sales launches and conduct data mining to identify potential customers and generate new business.
Requirements:
Fresh Graduates with strong interest in financial and sales advisory are encourage to apply.
A good understanding of the banking, investment, deposits and insurance products
Knowledge in Financial Planning/Wealth Management or Retail Banking/Branch Operation.
Enthusiastic to build a good career in sales.
Excellence oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Candidates with full banking licensing will have an edge i.e.: PCE/TBE/CEILLI/IPPC/FIMM.
