- Detailed-orientated individual who works well independently on systematic projects
- Expertise in comprehending financial statements, notes to the financial statements, capital account statements, and other information commonly provided by GPs
- Strong communication skills, including proactively asking questions and flagging roadblocks to other team members
- Self-motivated to meet internal KPIs, with the knowledge that consistently exceeding them can lead to career progression
- Meticulous when it comes to applying consistent methodologies when extracting data and creating reports
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet team and client deadlines
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel (being able to use formulas such as SUM, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- 1-2 years experience in a finance or accounting role
- Prior experience working with UK or US based teams preferred
- Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting preferred, but not required
- Interpret, extract and analyze relevant financial and qualitative information from financial statements, capital account statements, ILPA templates, and other financial documents
- Produce detailed draft reports on costs incurred by clients in alternative investments
- Escalate relevant issues and anomalies identified during due diligence to senior staff accordingly
- Work closely and maintain optimal cooperation with the team, ensuring projects stay on-track and can be delivered to clients within required timelines
- Develop excellent understanding of the team s workflows, methodologies, reporting and client deliverables within the first 6 months
