The successful Assistant Vice President candidate will join the Fund Services team as an AVP and will be closely working with Clients and Client Service Managers based in the APAC/UK/US region to perform duties related to the administration of Private Equity Funds. You will review and sign off the NAV and Financials of the Private Equity and Hybrid Funds, including recording Journal Entries, preparing monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financials, processing payments, preparing investor notices and various client reporting.
Your Key Assistant Vice President Duties And Responsibilities Include
- Review Capital Call and distribution workings along with notices and release to respective investors
- Manage end-execution of Private Equity Funds from other accounting applications to eFront
- Identify and implement process improvement techniques to improve process efficiency and team productivity.
Role
To apply for this Private Equity Fund Accounting role, you will need at least nine years of experience, preferably in PERE and Hybrid Funds. You will also require the following:
- Experience working on Investran, eFront and Macro-enabled workbooks
- Experience handling audit requirements and ad hoc client requirements in fund accounting
- Good conceptual knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation
- Experience in handling client relationships and working on onboarding new clients, and developing reporting templates for the client's instruments.
