1-3 years work experience preferably with some experience in VC/PE/startups operating role/ founder's office / boutique or mid-sized investment bank
Basic understanding of the Indian environment, market dynamics
Deal origination and evaluation
Independently manage with all operational matters of deal execution
Closely work with associates/ analysts to achieve the following:
Primary responsibility for accurate and robust commercial evaluation of investment opportunities including financial models, industry analysis, company analysis
Primary relationships with counter-parts at the portfolio company and with deal ecosystem
Review and quality check of associate/ analyst work and lead agreed investment processes
The Successful Applicant -
Must be a confident communicator and presenter
Knowledge of private equity investing and Due Diligence
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work in an overall team construct
Understanding of startup ecosystem and emerging technologies
