We are seeking a skilled Sr Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will analyze complex datasets, provide actionable insights, and create effective reports and visualizations. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and support business decisions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular quality control checks.
- Support the development of data strategies, governance, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong experience working with large datasets to extract insights and support business decisions.
- Proficient in Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with additional programming languages such as R.
