This role requires principled thinking, technical proficiency, a commitment to quality, attention to detail, and innovation. Collaborating closely with various teams, the Privacy & Data Analyst conceptualizes solutions, seeks standardization for efficient execution, and is accountable for tracking progress, resolving dependencies, identifying issues, evaluating risks, and communicating status to upper management and project partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage documentation version control, recordkeeping, and approvals, including redlines and executive summaries of changes.
- Conduct risk-based analysis and mapping of collected data, recommending program enhancements, and evidencing the process for cycle-based testing.
- Coordinate reviews and adjustments of quarterly certification questions.
- Support report writing, review, revision, approvals management, and recordkeeping.
- Assist in Certifications Issue Collection and Fact Gathering Disclosures.
- Support ongoing quarterly data collection and evidence management for a comprehensive view of key privacy achievements.
- Contribute to Briefing Material Development for leadership, including binder delivery, report generation, supporting evidence, and archival.
- Develop and report metrics for measuring quality and productivity.
- Perform analysis on program metrics and reporting on program status updates, creating daily/weekly/bi-weekly reports.
- Create and update leadership reports for process maturity assessments and output.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing, analyzing, and reporting on large datasets preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must.
- Excel fluency.
- Experience working with Tableau for developing data visuals.
- Self-starter you will take initiative, be proactive, set, and drive toward goals.
- Risk and Compliance and/or audit background preferred.
- Experience in data analytics and reporting for a senior audience.
- Experience in direct communication with XFN stakeholders.

- Provide status reports to OrangePeople Account Management as requested.
