We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Printing Supervisor to join our team at SolidEdge Industries in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position suitable for a fresher with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will have strong machine knowledge, be able to handle labor efficiently, and possess exceptional leadership skills.
- Qualifications and Skills
Basic understanding of printing machines and their operations (Mandatory skill)- Ability to manage and handle labor effectively (Mandatory skill)
Strong leadership skills to manage a team (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality printing products- Good communication skills for effective coordination with team members
Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a printing environment

- Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise daily printing operations to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle and resolve any issues related to printing machines
Coordinate with the team to ensure timely completion of printing tasks- Ensure the availability and proper handling of printing materials
Maintain a clean and organized printing area
- Implement and adhere to safety standards and protocols
* Provide training and guidance to new team members
- Report production metrics and issues to senior management
