- Identifying & troubleshooting printer hardware related issues.
- Can open full printer, diagnose problem, replace major parts
(Fuser assembly, pickup roller, paper sensor).
- Attend customer call within the agreed service level agreement.
- Servicing, Maintenance, Error Coding Fault finding, Troubleshooting, testing ,etc. of all types of printer Deskjet Printers, Dot Matrix passbook , Laser jets, Scanners, Network Printers, line Matrix Printers, Passbooks Printers, Plotters.
- Handling software issues associated with all types of printer.
- Replacement and configuration of equipment.
This is a Field Job. Candidate need to visit different clients within Delhi NCR
