.Imparting Electrical Safety Training across the business functions and external customeratSITRUST,onsiteandonline.
.Developingcustomizedmodulesaspertheneed.Leveragingtechnologyandusingnewagepracticesandtraining pedagogy- onlinetools, modules, etc.
.Collaborating with Business EHS Heads for training need identifications and developmentofmodules.
.Reviewing Electrical related Risk Assessments , Safe Operating procedures, RFQrequirements etc.
.CSRSupport-ConductingtrainingforSiemensScholarshipProgram,Developmentofcourse material, etc.
.SupportSITRUSTHeadforexternalbusinessdevelopmentactivitiestoensureoverallgrowthofSITRUST.
.IdentifyanddevelopvendorpartnersforgreateroutreachofSITRUSTtrainings-forcontentdevelopmentanddelivery.
Whatyou need to makerealwhat matters!
.Minimum12-15yearsofsuccessfulexperience in Electrical field/ Manufacturing / Construction (Project Management, EHS, Manufacturing, O&M,InstallationandCommissioning)andsuccessfuldemonstrationofkeyresponsibilitiesandknowledge.
.Around5yearsexperienceinleadingteams,interculturalexperience,projectmanagementexperiencewould bepreferable.
.Trainingexpertise inthe broaderspectrumofEHStopicswould bepreferable.
.Graduate inElectricalEngineeringorElectrical&Electronics
.EHSrelatedcertification(e.g.ADIS, NEBOSH iDIP)would beanaddedadvantage.
.Trainedastrainer.
.PassionforEHSand training, mentoring anddevelopingpeople
.ExcellentTeamplayer,shouldbeableto collaboratevirtually.
.Goodnetworkingskillsinthe industry
