  • At least 10 plus years of experience with Oracle Weblogic / Webcenter/ SOA / OSB, Forms & Reports / OIM / OAM / OUD / OID / OAAM / OHS Administrator/Consultant/Support Engineer
  • Good Project management skills along with Good Communication skills
  • Install, Upgrade, Migration knowledge on Oracle Fusion Middleware (WebLogic Server and OFM Suite)
  • Identity Management implementation, upgrade & migration experience from products such as OIM, OAM, OUD, OAAM, OVD, OID
  • Expert knowledge of Oracle FMW Components, Oracle WebLogic, WebLogic clustering, SOA suite, BPM, OSB and Web centre, In Memory technology, Oracle Coherence, WebCenter, IDAM, Form and Reports
  • Oracle Golden Gate and ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) or IDM Product skills are highly desired
  • Prior JAVA development experience senior level; Deep understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Experience using Oracle ADF and JDeveloper/Eclipse; Good knowledge of ADF architecture and components
  • Deep knowledge on key IAM concepts (Identity Lifecycle, Role Based Access Control, Role Analysis, Segregation Of Duties, SOA workflow development, Privileged Account Management, Access Policies, Access Certification, Directory Servers, Federation and SSO)
  • Design and Implementation experience regarding OIG connector integrations with common target systems like AD, Exchange, Directories, Databases, Web Services and Flat Files.
  • Experience on OIM integrations with cloud services (E.g.: Oracle, Azure, AWS) for user management and provisioning.
  • Sharp technical troubleshooting skills
  • A good understanding of support processes
  • Ability to manage escalated technical situations & develop action plans
  • Ability to spot proactive services that benefit of the customer
  • Ability to facilitate issues with Development and Support
  • Strong analytical skills
  • BE/BTech and/or MS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
  • Oracle Certification - Preferred
  • 25% Travel may be required for customer visits

Career Level - IC4

  • Develop and Manage the Oracle Customer Relationships by forming long term customer relationships with key customer contacts. Work is non-routine and complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Provides direction and mentoring to more junior team members. Understand customer's industry drivers, organization structure and key stakeholders, key projects and goals, and critical success factors as well as technical infrastructure and roadmap.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, the delivery teams and customers to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate delivery of Oracle Services, operating as the primary delivery contact to the customer, aiding and facilitating customer communications and activities across other Oracle lines of business.
  • Responsible for delivering to the contracted terms, effective and efficient use of Oracle delivery resources, achieving the contract margin and revenue objectives.
  • Identify and submit delivery leads for new opportunities and contract renewals.
  • Act as a point of contact for any major incidents, responsible for managing communication and customer expectations through resolution.
  • Establish and maintain a delivery governance model with the customer at the management and executive levels.
  • Perform scope and risk management.
  • Contribute to initiatives for Oracle delivery organizational process improvement and tool development.
  • Conduct periodic Service Account Planning and Account Reviews.
