Location:Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Virtual / Hybrid). You will be working with U.S. based clients.

Role Description

As a Digital Transformation consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our project team, steering digital transformation initiatives from inception to full-scale deployment. Those with a strong background in digital technology and a passion for enterprise transformation and modernization will be a good fit for this role.

Your role will comprise of deep analysis of client digital infrastructure, creating and executing comprehensive digital strategy, and leading the adoption of various digital transformation solutions. You will work closely with and lead project teams and Associates, providing guidance and execution services for clients on complex technological and operational challenges, enabling clients performance and digital proficiency to be enhanced.

The role is grounded in partnering with clients to lead transformative projects and orchestrate large-scale digital strategy realization, opening new paths of growth and efficiency.

Ideal Prior Experience

Software engineering, data science, enterprise solution architecture, and hands-on experience in crafting and applying AI strategies and innovations in large-scale enterprises and agile startup environments.

Education Background

Graduate of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral (Ph.D.) degree program from a top university with an excellent academic record. Academic research experience is greatly valued.
