Principal software engineer - Full Stack Deployment lead

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Deployment lead with a good experience in deploying Conversational AI . In this role, you will lead the low level design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered applications across both frontend and backend layers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineers, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and continuous optimization of our solutions.

• Lead Full Stack Development:
• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to align on project requirements and timelines
• Manage end-to-end development processes from initial planning, coding, testing, to deployment and maintenance.
• Deployment & CI/CD Pipelines:
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ensure robust version control, code reviews, and quality assurance practices.
• Team Management:
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML/CSS).
• Strong expertise in back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails).
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform).
• Experience with API development and microservices architecture.
