What you will do:
Interaction with individual product teams, engineering teams to understand the product features and purpose of implementation.
Interact with customer to understand and triage technical issues.
Play a technical role in customer support team to triage and work in liaison with multiple development teams to fix the issues.
Come-up with proof of concepts as requested.
Troubleshooting issues across environments.
Responsible for monitoring, optimizing and performance tuning.
Categorizing and prioritizing requests to ensure that adverse impact to business operations is minimized and normal service is restored quickly.
Conceptualize, Design and Implement modules with individual products.
Assisting in the achievement of Operational Excellence objectives for overall system reliability, security, availability, responsiveness, effectiveness, and operational cost
Participating in project implementation or modification/enhancements.
Able to work flexible hours, especially during product launches and post prod launch support when required.
Document and maintain software functionality.
Working with global teams and technology partners and providing services to our internal/external customers.What you should bring:
Candidate should possess 7+ experience in software development processes as an end to end developer.
Experience in technologies - ASP.Net, C#, WCF/Web API, MVC Framework, Java Script, jQuery, REST.
Working experience on Angular2/4/5/6/7/8
Experience in developing web applications using MVC framework
Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL, Non-Relational Databases (Mongo)
Should be able to troubleshoot single handedly.
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Familiarity with continuous integration
Document and maintain software functionality
Experience working with Multi threaded applications
Working experience on Azure Cloud based application (preferred)
