Validated experience of 8 to 12 years in software engineering.
- Proficient in C#, .Net, SQL; Cloud, Experience with web development is desirable
- Proficient in broader software design, code quality, and architecture decisions.
- Proficient in leading and advising architecture discussions, design sessions, and code reviews for functional correctness, architectural maintainability, and performance.

- Proficient in developing a long-term technical roadmap for the solution area.
- Proficient in investigating and driving analysis for innovations and technologies.
- Proficient in performing software risk analysis, and identifying and implementing mitigation.
