Oracle Energy and Water product management work primarily revolves around unifying the strengths of strategy, marketing, and technicalities to achieve a common business target and is responsible for setting directions for the products and productized solutions that spans across the products.
This position is to become a member of Energy and Water product management team who will be a driving force and the central resource responsible for building business processes with tailored technical solutions featuring Oracle Energy and Water applications and solutions for Cloud and On-Premise, focusing on Digital Asset Management area. Responsibilities include creation and maintenance to be business processes paired with solution architecture and available off-the-shelf for customers, known as Utilities Reference Models (URMs).
We are looking for an individual who possesses strong analytical and technical skills, eager to learn new technologies and solutions.
The position requires to work as part of a global team in collaboration with product development, product architects, sales and consulting.
The successful candidate should be a self-motivated individual who can learn fast, be a good team player with strong interpersonal skills and is also capable to work independently. The position requires very good written and verbal communication skills.

As a member of the Energy and Water product management URM team you will:
- design business processes, define business process based solutions, identify required solution architecture elements, be responsible for final deliverables for each release
- gather and analyze requirements from various sources
- work closely with subject matter experts, other product managers, product architecture and development teams to ensure business processes and developed solutions are in line with the product(s) and information provided in the URMs is complete and presented in the most appropriate manner and in accordance to the standards
- maintain existing Utilities Reference Models for product lines and solutions and incorporate required changes allowing alignment of new application capabilities with business process models
- equip sales and consulting project teams with latest sales and implementation tools
- collaborate with QA team and provide required materials to test business processes and solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Utilities Industry (8+ years),
- Good understanding of asset management concepts and functionality
- Business process modelling and design experience
- Experience creating business models using BPMN and/or UML
- Proficient at use of Microsoft Office products including Visio and Word
- Technical background (i.e., knowledge of systems architecture, databases, programming)
- Experience in designing and implementing WAM/WACS or similar applications (e.g. HxGN EAM, IBM Maximo, SAP EAM) is preferred
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Utilities Applications preferred
- Global experience preferred
- Consulting engagement experience (4+ years) preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner, self-starter, self-motivator
- Able to both see the big picture and be detail oriented (e.g., care with wording, document formatting, following standards, etc.)
