Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Compliance Management
a. Ensuring insurance business adheres as per regulatory requirement.
b. This involves staying informed about changes in regulations and implementation of necessary changes.
c. Regulatory Reporting submission as per defined schedule
2. Risk Management
a. Assessing and managing risks associated with insurance business, including evaluating underwriting practices customer journey of insurer company
3. Corporate Governance
a. Promoting and upholding ethical business practices governance standard
within the organisation
b. PO should ensure transparency, accountability integrity
c. Shall check all compliances of SP s and ensure solicitation is done through authorized persons only
4. Financial Oversight
a. Monitoring the financial transaction of insurance business
b. Management of accounting and record maintenance
c. Income, Expense Budget Management
5. Strategic Planning
a. Contribute to development implementation of strategic plans
b. Identifying market opportunities, product development other initiatives to grow business
6. Product Development
a. Oversee the design and development of innovative insurance products and services that meet the needs of our clients.
b. Ensure products are competitive, compliant, and profitable.
7. Relationship Grievance Management
a. Building strong relationship with regulatory bodies, internal external stakeholders
b. Management of customer grievance within the given timeframe
c. Maintenance of necessary register as per regulatory guidelines
8. Internal Oversight
a. Process management, Customer Onboarding and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency effectiveness
9. Claim Management
a. Initiation and supervision of claim management process to ensure timely fair resolution of claims
b. Maintaining procedures as per regulatory requirements
