Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle Cerner platform team, will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- More than 3 years of experience in developing and operating APIs
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing excellent code in Java, Python, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing APIs that scale efficiently and securely.
- Demonstrates strong expertise in cloud technologies, including OCI, AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
- Utilizes telemetry in software engineering to inform and make data-driven decisions
- A solid grasp of fundamental system design principles and best practices in distributed systems architecture.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations
Career Level - IC4
- Accountable for broad software design, code quality and architecture decisions
- Lead and direct architecture discussions, design sessions and code reviews for functional correctness, architectural maintainability, and performance
- Develop long-term technical roadmap for solution area
- Investigate and drive analysis for new innovations and technologies
- Perform software risk analysis, identify and implement mitigation
- Partner with strategy and solution teams as solution expert to provide recommendations
- Reinforce and promote engineering culture and values across the organization and Cerner
