Overview

As a SaaS Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software-as-a-service (SaaS) projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of SaaS solutions. Your primary focus will be on managing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving project success through effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

Lead the planning and execution of Disprz Implementation projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project completion within budget and schedule constraints.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including developers and engineers, to ensure alignment with best practices and standards.

Collaborate with technical stakeholders to define technical requirements, architecture, and implementation strategies for Disprs LMS and LXP solutions.

Conduct regular technical reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of technical excellence and product quality.

Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for Disprz Implementation related communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and risks.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns or issues in a timely and proactive manner.

Risk Management And Issue Resolution

Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation plans to address them.

Monitor project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, implementing corrective actions as necessary to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.

Escalate critical issues to senior management as needed, providing recommendations for resolution and mitigation.

Continuous Improvement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies.

Conduct post-project reviews to assess project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement recommendations for future projects.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SaaS development and project management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience 12-15 years of managing technical projects in a SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of SaaS architecture, development methodologies, and best practices.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans, manage project budgets and resources, and drive project execution to successful completion.

Strong technical background with experience in software development, cloud computing, and web technologies.

Knowledge & Understanding of integration and middleware concepts- Rest API, flat file based integration etc

Knowledge & Understanding of Cloud , Application security and vulnerability concepts.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions to complex technical challenges.

Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is highly desirable.

Experience in implementing Technology products with configurations and customisations for large enterprise customers

Adept in JIRA - creation of project plan- epic-stories-issues

Knowledge & Understanding of Cloud , Application security and vulnerability concepts.

Ability to comprehend and articulate product features and functionality to customers via product demo, whiteboard or presentations or any electronic conferencing tools (Meet, Teams, zoom etc)

Ability to groom requirements to product backlogs and work as a bridge between sales , customer success and product teams

Deep understanding of Learning as a domain and well equipped to converse with C-suite customers and chief of learning or CHROs

Understand SSO and other authentication methods.

Understand API and CSV integrations.

Knowledge of AICC and SCORM standards, a plus

Knowledge of learning/training technologies, such as an LMS and LXP, a plus

Demonstrate an expert level of knowledge over all Disprz products.
