- Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead our preschool with vision and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood education, exceptional leadership skills, and a genuine passion for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for both children and staff.
Leadership and Vision:
Develop and implement the preschool's educational programs and strategic goals. Foster a positive and inclusive culture that aligns with the school's mission and values.Staff Management:
Mentor and support a team of dedicated teachers and staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.Curriculum and Instruction: Oversee the development and delivery of a high-quality curriculum that meets the needs of all students. Ensure that instructional practices are innovative, evidence-based, and aligned with best practices in early childhood education.
- Family and Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and the community. Facilitate open communication and collaboration to support student success and community involvement.
Administrative Duties:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool, including budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure that the preschool's facilities and resources are well-maintained and conducive to learning.Student Support:
Monitor and support the social, emotional, and academic development of students. Implement programs and interventions to address individual student needs.Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Experience:
